How can I make a product exchange or return


– If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request the exchange or return while you are within a period of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the merchandise. Café La Cumbre is not responsible for returns requested after this period.
The return may also be for a credit voucher for the value of the merchandise purchased for future purchases in our online store or in any of our stores.
Café La Cumbre will return any item within the indicated period, with the exception of gift cards, items that have been damaged, altered or used or do not have their respective labels and in their original packaging.
– In the event that the products you purchased have defects that decrease their quality or make their use improper, you will have a maximum time of 60 (sixty) calendar days from the delivery date, to make the change or the return.


Returns of your online purchase


When making the purchase with your bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or with PayPal, make the return of the products you purchased under the options that appear in our policy: return in store or return at home. Once Café La Cumbre receives and checks that the products are in good condition, it will proceed with the exchange or return.
– The return will be made only for the value of the products, shipping costs are not refundable.

The refund must be reflected in your account statement in an estimated period of 30 (thirty) business days, this refund being the sole responsibility of the issuer of the bank card and not of Café La Cumbre. Café La Cumbre does not make cash refunds for purchases made online, this does not affect your legal rights.

Artículos que no se pueden cambiar o devolver

Café La Cumbre no acepta cambios ni devoluciones de aquellos productos que sean tarjetas de regalo o artículos ya usados, lavados, alterados o dañados o no cuenten con sus respectivas etiquetas y en su empaque original o con cualquier otro requisito establecido en la presente política.
Nuestros artículos se venden rápidamente. En virtud de lo anterior y en todos los casos, Café La Cumbre podría encontrarse imposibilitada de realizar el cambio de algún artículo por otro idéntico.
